Training

Our club offers one of the best training and coaching programs in the Midlands using coaches with experience that ranges from International standard through to parents who have taken up the sport after their children have become involved in the club and they now have the required EHB accredited Coaching Assistant qualifications.

There is a core team of Head Coaches, supplemented by Coaching Assistants who deliver sessions to our members. 

Senior Training will begin from Tuesday 4th August 2026

Junior Training will begin from Monday 7th September 2026

The weekly schedule will be as follows and will continue until the end of March 2027.

All paid up members of the club are eligible to train but subscriptions must be paid by 30th September. No one will be able to train if they have not paid their subscription by this date. 

Junior Age Groups

U8s - Born 1st Sep 2018 or later (School Yrs 3 and below as of Sep 2026) 

U10s - Born between 1st Sep 2016 to 31st Aug 2018 (School Yrs 4 & 5 as of Sep 2026) 

U12s - Born between 1st Sep 2014 to 31st Aug 2016 (School Yrs 6 & 7 as of Sep 2026)

U14 - Born between 1st Sep 2012 to 31st Aug 2014 (School Yrs 8 & 9 as of Sep 2026)

U16s - Born between 1st Sep 2010 to 31st Aug 2012 (School Yrs 10 & 11 as of Sep 2026)

U18s - Born between 1st Sep 2008 to 31st Aug 2010 (School Yrs 12 & 13 as of Sep 2026)

Dedicated Goalkeepers Sessions will be outside the standard training window and they should attend their teams training session.
